Your room will be held for you by providing credit card information.
Payment is due at time of check-in, we accept Visa or Mastercard.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you will not be
arriving until after 7:00 p.m., please call and let us know
your estimated time of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled two weeks prior to arrival date will
not be charged a service fee. For cancellations less than two
weeks prior to arrival date, you will be charged a $20.00 service
fee.
Early check-outs are responsible for all nights booked.
Smoking:
We offer nonsmoking accommodations, smoking is permitted outside
on the front and back porches.
Breakfast:
A full breakfast is served each morning between 7:30 - 9 a.m.
With advance notice, we can accommodate earlier breakfast times.
If possible, special dietary needs will be considered with advance
notice.
Pets:
Jack, the resident cat and Dexter the fluffy Pomeranian are
happy to welcome furry guests to his home. Well-mannered dogs
are graciously accepted, with prior arrangement and deposit,
but please do bring kennels, food, etc. for the animals. Dogs
are welcome to run in the fenced-in yard.
